[DRAFT for legal review: remove this line once approved]
This statement explains which personal data partnermarketing.io processes when you visit this website or fill in one of its forms, why, and what your rights are. It covers this website only. The partnermarketing.io platform used by our customers has its own agreements and privacy terms.
Who is responsible
[LEGAL ENTITY], Burgemeester Stekelenburgplein 199, 5041 SC Tilburg, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number [KVK NUMBER], is the controller for the processing described here. For questions about your data or to use your rights, e-mail [PRIVACY E-MAIL].
What we collect
When you request a demo or the diagnostic. Your name, business e-mail address, company and role, and what you chose or typed in the form: the type of organisation, the number of partners, the countries you work in, your priorities and your message. We also keep the page you sent the form from, the industry page you came from, and the campaign codes in the address of your first page (UTM codes).
Advertising click identifiers. Only when you accepted marketing cookies, we keep the identifier an advertising platform added to the address you arrived on (for example Google, LinkedIn, Meta or Microsoft), so we can tell which campaign brought you. Without that consent they are removed before anything is stored.
Your cookie choice. Which categories you accepted, stored in your own browser (see the cookie statement).
Technical data. To stop abuse of the forms we count submissions per sender for one hour. We do not store your IP address for this: we keep a one-way, keyed code of it, which is deleted after an hour. Our hosting provider keeps server logs with IP addresses for security and troubleshooting.
We do not ask for special categories of personal data. Please do not include them in your message.
Why and on what basis
| Purpose | Data | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| Answering your request and planning the demo or diagnostic | Form data | Steps you asked for before a possible agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) |
| Following up with you as a business contact about partnermarketing.io | Form data | Our legitimate interest in business development (Article 6(1)(f)); you can object at any time |
| Knowing which pages and campaigns work | Analytics data, campaign codes | Your consent for analytics cookies (Article 6(1)(a)); campaign codes in a form: legitimate interest |
| Measuring and improving our advertising | Click identifiers, advertising cookies | Your consent for marketing cookies (Article 6(1)(a)) |
| Keeping the website and forms secure | Technical data | Legitimate interest in a secure website (Article 6(1)(f)) |
We do not use your data for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Who receives it
- Our hosting provider, which runs this website.
- The customer relationship management (CRM) system we use, which receives every form as soon as it is sent.
- Our e-mail provider, for the confirmation e-mail and our replies.
- Only with your consent: Google (Analytics and Ads), LinkedIn, Meta and Microsoft, as described in the cookie statement.
They process the data on our behalf under a processing agreement, except the advertising platforms, which also act as controllers for their own purposes under their own privacy statements. We never sell your data.
Outside the European Economic Area
Some of these providers are based in the United States or use sub-processors there. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Form data on the website itself: deleted automatically 180 days after it reached our CRM.
- Form data in our CRM: as long as we are in contact, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact unless you become a customer.
- The one-hour code used against abuse: one hour.
- Your cookie choice: until you change it or clear your browser; we ask again when this statement changes.
- Cookies: as listed in the cookie statement.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict its use, to receive it in a portable format, and you may object to processing based on our legitimate interest, including follow-up as a business contact. Where you gave consent, you can withdraw it at any time through “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page; this does not affect what happened before. E-mail [PRIVACY E-MAIL]; we answer within one month. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Security
The website is served only over an encrypted connection, the forms are protected against automated abuse, and access to form data is limited to the people who need it.
Changes
We update this statement when what we do changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
